National Junior Honor Society

The purpose of the National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) is to enhance and further develop a student's natural leadership skills by involving them in service projects to the school and community. The students of NJHS should be exemplary citizens and ambassadors of Faith Middle School. Students are selected based on meeting 5 criteria: scholarship, citizenship, character, leadership, and service.

Once recommended by an academic teacher, students are evaluated by a faculty committee to determine if the student shows consistent positive leadership skills, good character, citizenship, and a willingness to serve others without expectation of reward.
